Do I need a subscription to build my website?

No. Building, editing, and previewing your website is free forever — no credit card, no expiry. You only need a subscription (Starter $12/mo or Premium $29/mo) when you're ready to publish it to the web.

How do I connect my own domain?

Buy your domain at any registrar you like (Namecheap, GoDaddy, etc.) — you own it, not us. Then in the editor, click Domain and follow the guided steps to point it at your published site. SSL is included automatically.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancelling stops future charges. Your published website stays live through the end of the period you've already paid for, then it's automatically unpublished. Your account, drafts, and designs stay in your account free of charge, and you can republish any time you resubscribe.

How do I change my email or password?

Head to Account settings — you can change your sign-in email (we'll send a confirmation link) or set a new password there.

Where do my website's form submissions go?

Every message a visitor sends through your site's contact form lands in your Leads inbox, and we email it to you too, so you never miss a customer.
